We stayed in Penthouse Apartment # 274 for 12 nights over Christmas which had a rooftop with spa on two levels, This was Fantastic and absolute hit with the whole family.

The apartment was fantastic and had everything we could ask for. Super spacious and comfortable.

The owner was a wonderful host going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The communication was great and he was more than happy to answer a couple of silly questions in the beginning.

Highly recommend staying and booking privately with the owner at 5 Star Port Douglas, Service is A +++ and we saved a lot of money.

Better experience staying in Private Accommodation within the resort. We stayed with the front desk for 3 nights then moved to a private owner managed room. A marked difference in quality, cleanliness & presentation plus 30% less in price. The modern décor, Large smart TV,  Coffee Pod machine, microwave, Netflix & best location. Owner recently purchased new bedding, “best night sleeps”, early morning sunrises on the beach directly behind our studio. We have stayed in many resorts throughout the world, this owner exceeded our expectations. Whilst some reviews say  “ the resort a little way into town”, l think the location being only 30metres stroll  to beach, a championship golf course next door with amazing mountain ranges, is the ideal location. We prefer the quietness, but did venture into town each night to have dinner. The owner host Stephen was a delight, surprised us with a dinner voucher & champagne to celebrate my husband’s birthday. He happened to mention most of the resort is now being rented out by the owners themselves, definitely a better and cheaper option. Also, all guests use all facilities, with easy self-check in. Already booked our stay for 2025, next time in the owners newly refurbished Rooftop Spa Penthouse.

We hit the jackpot staying privately. We saved $1450 over a 7 day stay. We chose the Penthouse 273 with a pool lagoon view, best position in resort with beach access boardwalk directly behind us. Stephen has many apartments on the lagoon. l was told all accommodation is privately owned at the resort, & less than half is managed by the Accor front desk & the rest is managed by owners direct or through letting agents. Stephen the host owner offers so much more than the rest. He owns and managers other owner’s apartments, giving his guests best value for money. Great location and facilities

Apartment is in a great location, you can park your car right up to the apartment free. There’s also a back private entry to 4 mile Beach. Loved the luscious green views facing the lagoon pool.  The Netflix setup and recommendations for restaurants and activities from Stephen were great! Stephen was great to communicate with and ensured we had a smooth stay. There was a bottle of wine on arrival which was lovely, plenty of towels(/pool towel/face towel/hand towel) for the duration of our stay, and also floaties for the pool. The apartment is also stocked with cutlery, bathroom amenities, cleaning products, tea towels, plates and glass. The lagoon pool is awesome – Saltwater, bar and music, and food ordered and delivered directly to your pool lounge. We also used the resorts gym which has a machine for main muscle groups (shoulders, chest, back, legs, arms).

Beautiful Peaceful Resort

The resort has a beautiful tropical feel. It was relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms are massive and allow enough space to not feel cramped in. We rented privately through Stephen and he was amazing. So accommodating and kind. Left us a bottle of bubbles and were given a food voucher to use at a lovely local restaurant. We will definitely coming back for another stay.  We loved our stay.

The location was superb. If you are travelling with a family it has absolute everything to make the stay enjoyable for all. 20 yr Anniversary getaway

This was a studio apartment–loved the spaciousness and especially the amazing spa bath. Perfect for a couple. Short stroll to the beach and to the pool. Everything has been thoughtfully supplied a little grill on the balcony perfect for a mini bbq-loved the coffee pod machine-to the organic quality bodywash/handwash scented candle…easy instructions to follow. Instructions for checkin was simple and easy to follow. Stephen our host was very thoughtful and had a $49 voucher to use for dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed our 20 yr anniversary. Highly recommend. Premium Port Douglas

The view from our location was breath taking. Across the golf course into the mountains. The open plan living allowed you to feel part of it. Everything you needed was there and our go’s did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. Many thanks Stephen, we had a memorable anniversary.

Best place in Port Douglas for family trip

It was such a lovely place to stay for our family trip to Port Douglas, so spacious than 5 star hotel. We had everything we needed especially we travelled with baby – a cot, booster chair, kettle and microwave etc. Also my other young kid was enjoying the swimout and some water floats which provided by the host. The host, Stephan was great help, very friendly and responsive – Thank you so much. We definitely visit here again.

Luxury apartment with balcony, and 2nd level private spa and BBQ area was absolutely fantastic for our girls week away! Stephen, our room manager couldn’t have been more helpful, providing tips on where to go and what to do as well. The best resort we have stayed at

Everything about this place screams relaxation and tranquility. We were in Port Douglas for our honeymoon and the sea temple was perfect! We are already taking about our next trip back. We loved being a little bit out of the main town and the shuttle bus was affordable and very accessible. The resort has the best pool and poolside bar! We also loved eating at Aluco Resturant & Bar at the resort and the staff at the resort were incredible!

When we arrived at the room we were blown away. The presentation and setup was exceptional……lots of extra surprises for us in the fridge as well. The apartment itself was so comfortable and clean and supplied everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful setting and close access to the resort pool which is stunning. Our Studio was so sanitized and impeccably clean, best position within the resort having pool & mountain views. Only 30 meters away we are standing on the famous Four Mile Beach. Sunrises & walks to town become the daily routine. Added balcony with comfortable outdoor seating for two added to the room size. Wi Fi & Netflix was a bonus, including the goodies we found in the fridge on arrival towards our special occasion. Complimentary breakfast & coffee was unexpected, but much appreciated. We really loved apartment 158. Very spacious and comfortable. The swim out pool was a sensational highlight, easy access from the back courtyard into the beautiful saltwater lagoon, subtly illuminating in the night. Beautiful tropical gardens graced the luxury apartment. The apartment decor was tasty and comfortable. Kitchen facilities where comprehensive for in house cooking. Though we treated ourselves to take-away dinner from the restaurant and weren’t disappointed. We were delighted with the strong wifi which was free and unlimited, so was Netflix, what a bonus!

Honestly there is nothing not to like.

Simply stunning……..loved it. 10 out of 10….

The Sea Temple resort was seriously amazing surrounded by tropical gardens and stunning pool area. I felt like I was in Tahiti and gave me an instant holiday feeling. The resort facilities we excellent offering everything we needed during our stay, We stayed in apartment 158 which was one of the swimout apartments in the complex. It was beautifully presented down to the last detail and was above our expectations. The immediate access to the lagoon pool straight off our lounge seating area was a real treat, spending most of our time using this space or staring out onto the beautiful lush garden surrounds. Penthouse Rooftop Spa

HI Stephen,

My daughters and I stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in October for my birthday week.  I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough – it was spacious, well positioned within the Sea Temple grounds, extremely clean with additional linens and towels, and has special extras like pantry and fridge items we could use immediately, Netflix, Wi Fi and full-size bathroom amenities.

We were so very impressed at being able to take advantage of the balcony to look over the pool, and having our own rooftop area with a spa and recliner chairs & outdoor dining was fantastic. Every day we sat there to watch the sunset while having a few drinks – pure bliss!

The hosts couldn’t be more helpful and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, and they sent all the details we needed including car rental discount code, directions and recommendations for local dining.

I love this hotel and we will definitely back and definitely book the same apartment again. Thanks so much for the lasting memories of a great week away!

From the initial enquiry with Stephen and  up to our departure the ease of booking, confirming and prompt response and service was 10 out 10.

Our stay was relaxing, the penthouse was well kept ,very clean and well stocked.

We had our family visit for a few days with small children – all the facilities were supplied from high chairs, cots and even  toys.

Sparkling clean, my King Studio was situated in a beautiful, private part of the Resort with pool view huge spa, double vanity and King bed. Directly behind us was a private boardwalk only 30 metres to the amazing Four Mile Beach. This Owners apartment had extra amenities making it more self contained including sparkling wine on arrival, unlimited Wi-Fi, Netflix & large screen TV unique only to this Studio. Cannot believe the price we paid – highly recommended 5 Stars all the way !

Amazing Place

The apartment was clean, incredibly well appointed with everything you need. It was in a great location and complex and overlooked part of the large pool. The apartment was air conditioned and in a quiet area, also only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Stephen, the host was great. He texted to check everything was okay and even left a bottle of fizz as he knew it was a special birthday. If we travel to Port Douglas again, we’ll definitely stay here.

Hi Stephen, thank you for your warm hospitality and amazing accommodation in the King Spa Studio! It has been so great to get away from Melbourne’s cold weather and we have really enjoyed Port Douglas. The resort is beautiful, the pool is just fantastic and the restaurant was lovely as well. We really enjoyed the restaurants in town as well The Inlet, Little Larder and the pub on the cnr of the main st opposite the Italian restaurant were great. Our favourite outings were Bally Hooley, Daintree Discovery Centre and Fitzroy Island, but the people up here were so warm and friendly as well which added to our stay.

Our family was lucky enough to spend a few days in Stephen’s Sea Temple apartment just outside Port Douglas. The apartment was immaculately presented with all of the comforts we expected.

Another wonderful stay at the Sea Temple, our studio room was clean and with some extra kitchen items than our last visit which were very welcome. This was about our 6th time to the Sea Temple, the staff are friendly and take the time to talk to you about your visit and your travels, we eat at the restaurant just once as there are also lots of great restaurants in Port Douglas, but must say the Sea Temple was one of our best dinners, along with the Watergate and the Nautilus. We only did the one tour this time as we have done many tours over the years, so this year we did the Lady Douglas river Cruise, highly recommend the cost was $40 pp which includes a drink and nibbles, Drew & Nikki we’re very informative, a must do when your in PD

Most incredible stay at these privately owned apartments @ the Sea Temple resort
Both room options worked so well for our families – 2 bed penthouse and studio next door was perfect . the rooftop area is huge with spa and bbq – you can see the mountains at sunset from the spa. Big plus is the location overlooking the pool, near beach access & it’s quiet. Stephen the host / owner provides home comforts like stocked pantry items, plunger and sparkling on arrival for us – loved the Netflix & unlimited WiFi
We are already rebooked for next year- Highly recommended !

The apartment was clean, incredibly well appointed with everything you need. It was in a great location and complex and overlooked part of the large pool. The apartment was air conditioned and in a quiet area, also only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Stephen, the host was great. He texted to check everything was okay and even left a bottle of fizz as he knew it was a special birthday. If we travel to Port Douglas again, we’ll definitely stay her. It was perfect.

What an amazing stay…Beautiful accommodations at a great location within the resort. I travel quite often, just wanted to get away, relax and enjoy. My kids loved the pool! and the many outside activities available for all.

Most of all the owner of this penthouse was so accommodating. I have never stayed at a property where if there was a problem, the owner/manager called me before I had a chance to call them…and the issue was resolved immediately.

I would recommend eating off sight, didn’t love the food at the resort restaurant,( town had many great restaurants 10 min away)….but did love having breakfast at our penthouse, on the private rooftop deck…and did I mention the Jacuzzi!

Great time in Port Douglas.

We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary and thanks to Stephen were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and lovely flower arrangement. The whole booking and checkout process was super easy and comforting!! I Highly recommend the service from Stephen and the Accommodation is beyond 5 stars. Hi Stephen,

My husband and I enjoyed a week long stay in the King Studio Spa Suite, and we could not have wished for anything more from our visit.  The suite is light, spacious and modern, with a fantastic spa bath and a balcony with views over the pool.  It is well equipped with basic kitchen items, wi fi and Netflix connectivity, and the Sparkling Wine on arrival was a wonderful welcome!  We found the Sea Temple Resort to be the perfect place to relax and do nothing by the pool, with a bar serving up fantastic cocktails.  The resort is located right on the beach, so we could easily stroll into town along the sea, or hop on a shuttle service if we were feeling lazy.  We loved the outdoor cinema just down the road, and being close to the marina was perfect for getting out onto the Great Barrier Reef, an absolute must do at Port Douglas!  The marina has some great restaurants and a brewery with live music, which we found to be a great spot to enjoy some drinks in the sun and soak up the atmosphere.  From making our initial booking and throughout our stay Stephen was always on hand and a fantastic host.  We only wished we could stay longer, and hope to visit again very soon!  Thank you for your hospitality Stephen and for being so easy and friendly to deal with.

We stayed at Sea Temple in October 2018 and it was a fantastic one week break from the cold southern states. Stephen was very attentive and is a great communicator, always available for any concerns or information we needed. The resort itself is beautiful, the pool, location and access to the beach. You can a have a great walk along the beach to Port Douglas for coffee, lunch or dinner. There is also a very cheap shuttle into town if you’re going to enjoy a drink or two after sun down.

We enjoyed the Nautilus Restaurant but watch out for the bats in the trees, had a wonderful snorkeling tour all day and also the many drives and beautiful gorges, Cape Trib and the Atherton tablelands.

Love to come again in 2018 and thank you to Stephen for his assistance and ease of booking and help.

the room had every thing you could possible need and the roof top spa and bbq was also amazing.

Easy access to Port Douglas town and the hotel pool was great and drinks around the pool lovely.

These apartments are beautifully positioned and decorated within Sea Temple. Seamless check in, the owner provides added extras including free Wi Fi plus access to Netflix, sparkling wine on arrival. Booking direct with owner saved us a lot of money as the room rate was far less than if we booked with the front desk that would not include the extras we received Wi Fi and movies etc. The pool is amazing, we celebrated our honeymoon over a 7 night stay and have booked our 1 year anniversary with Stephen prior to our departure in the same room.

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights at the Sea Temple to take a break from our stressful Sydney work life. We were very pleased by Stephen’s attention to detail prior to our arrival and appreciated the bottle of bubbles on arrival. The apartment’s location within the resort is perfect and the apartment itself and the amenities were both outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the upper terrace at night having dinner and watching the stars.

We stayed at the apartment late April and once again Port Douglas delivered on the amazing weather.  The apartment was great with our own private rooftop area where we could cook up a bbq for dinner and relax through the day.  The rooms were nice and clean and having the kitchen was great for breakfast.  The pool at the resort is amazing and we will definitely be staying there again.  Stephen was so helpful and the whole process was so easy and stress free which is what you want for your holiday

Janine and I just wanted to say the biggest ever THANK YOU for the most wonderful Girls week away!!

We had the most sensational holiday ever imagined in the two bedroom Penthouse Apartment with our very own enormous rooftop spa big enough for 6!!

The Chauffuer driver who collected us at the airport was a delight as were the vouchers to Zinc restaurant where we enjoyed an outstanding meal on our final night in Port Douglas!

The Apartment had everything we needed including a pantry of staples to get us started!! Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes racks, mozzie spray – the works –you seriously spoilt us –

not to mention the bottle of bubbly!! Bring it on!!

Anyway I am now planning to bring my family  back in May with my Hubby, Kids and Folks for a one week stay again in a Penthouse Apartment! Nothing beats 5 Star with Stephen!!

My husband and I spent a most enjoyable week at The Sea Temple Port Douglas in April this year.  Our unit was spotless, tastefully decorated and well positioned.  It was surprisingly quiet given that it was school holidays and the resort was full.  The bottle of wine left in the fridge for us was an added touch.  Stephen went out of his way to enable the WIFI connection for us.  Above all, the indoor spa was a great amenity.  We felt very comfortable in your studio.

My husband and l want you to know how much we loved your Penthouse Rooftop Spa apartment. We stayed at the resort last year in a swim up apartment……It’s not comparable, totally different apartments. After experiencing yours, with all the extras, such as chauffeured transfers, Sparkling wine on arrival, and the dining vouchers to some of the best restaurants…. made our stay at the resort more memorable this time. We found your Penthouse situated in a great position close to the beach boardwalk, being elevated off the pool gave us our privacy, less noise, and so much more light than the swim up. As you know hubby and l have decided to book your Penthouse again and bring the whole family back, over the Xmas break.   l am so glad we stumbled on your website… its crazy how much money we save staying in an owners managed apartment. Pablo & I wanted to say a huge wow, and thank you! This is what we felt as we sadly departed for the airport from Port Douglas…

We had heard so much about Port Douglas & its magnificent natural surroundings, & we were both so impressed beyond our expectations.

Our accommodation at Sea Temple was immaculate & very well accommodated. We would like to say a VERY BIG THANK YOU for everything as we are looking

forward to planning our next stay as it is now our favourite destination for a holiday & a memorable spot for us as we became engaged at the recommended elegant Zinc Restaurant.

It is not very often that when you are away on holidays that you feel like you are staying at your own place, where all the facilities, needs & wants are at your fingertips.

lt goes without saying that the pictures on the website speak louder than words & one thing we noticed that wasn’t on the website was the extra large space on the rooftop.

One of our favourite features was how much privacy our apartment had, yet the visibility to the amazing poolside was second to none.

In the weeks duration of our stay we were only enticed to leave at dinner time or to go for a private walk to the beach.

Other than that the kitchen facilities & the drinks & beer by the poolside were sufficient to cater for our needs.

Can’t wait for our next holiday!!

Our experience at the The Sea Temple resort was wonderful. The apartment was well serviced and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our warm balmy evenings on the balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The highlight was the amazing pool which we never got bored of! It was perfect for young kids as they could swim safely in it and they particularly loved floating around the canal which was surrounded by beautiful, tropical luscious gardens.

We wish to thank you for making our wedding anniversary a memorable one. From the courteous chauffeur that greeted us at the airport, drove us directly to our room was 5 star service, we felt special. The King Spa Studio was perfect for us, and the King Spa WOW! Great outlook from the balcony….with privacy.

We both agreed we had the best positioned room within the resort…close to the pool but far away enough not hear the noise.

Having the beach boardwalk behind our room was a bonus, we walked every morning into town, had breakfast and caught the bus back.

And again thank you for your generosity…..giving us a complimentary 5 star dinner to celebrate our special occasion and sparkling wine on arrival.

We loved the resort and the pool & all the staff where so friendly, having such a wonderful holiday we want to come back the same time every year.

We have just come back from 5 days at this fabulous resort and loved everything about it! We thank you and so glad we stumbled on your website…could not believe the value…Saved $1100 on booking privately with you.
The highlight was having a Rooftop Penthouse On 2 levels with Spa -impectably clean and tastefully decorated. The lagoon style pool is one of the best I have experienced world wide. Apartment was perfectly situated…behind us was private beach access and if you like walking , it is fantastic to walk the 40mins along 4 mile beach into Port Douglas
Our 2 bedroom apartment was huge -and having a private rooftop gave hubby and me time to ourselves. Most nights we ate in town as this was made possible of the generosity of the Owner Stephen that gave us plenty of free dining vouchers to the Zinc and Finz….our favourite restaurant  was Zinc…fine dining in Port………. The staff were lovely and friendly.
We went in the “wet season” , ( March ) but don’t be put off by this , as we had spectacular weather the whole time with very little rain.
The resort has a shuttle bus which goes every 30mins into Town. No need to hire a car…but loved the private chauffeured transport Stephen makes available to and from the airport, we felt incredibly spoilt………..as Stephen discounted the transfers that worked out not much more than catching the shuttle bus. Great Valve.
I can highly recommend this resort and booking privately with Stephen at 5 star port douglas…he made it so memorable the family have booked again in October in the same Penthouse…can’t wait..

I organised my surprise proposal and celebrated our engagement at your amazing accommodation and enjoyed the generous package. Everything was just perfect! On Saturday I took my girlfriend on a holiday to Cairns but little did she know I had a few surprises and had booked a romantic getaway through you. I said I wanted to go up the sky rail to Kuranda as I hadn’t been before. I ordered the only glass bottom gondola and asked her to marry me on our way up. She was so impressed (J literally swept off her feet) and LOVED the ring. I had a stretched Limo with bottle of bubbly (The same company you use with your complimentary chauffeured airport transfers) waiting for us up the top and it took us to the beautiful Port Douglas, Sea Temple resort and spa. I had a mate meet the driver beforehand and put our luggage in the back so as not to ruin the surprise.

WOW the penthouse apartment was better than I could have imagined. It had everything and we never wanted to leave. That night I told her to be ready for dinner by 7pm for another surprise. I had booked us a romantic table for two at the Flames of the Forest dining experience in the rainforest. This was not part of your package but an extra indulgence as it was a special occasion. I recommend this to others if they are taking your accommodation for a romantic getaway. They can do this on one of their spare nights while in Port Douglas as they pick up and drop back from your resort.

The price booking through you was incredible value for money not to mention everything else we got. Thank you so much for the extra dinner vouchers as I did not use one leg of the free airport transfers. The two restaurants where first class! We ate like kings and paid virtually nothing and the food and wine at both was just divine. I recommend for others to take advantage of the local buses that runs around the resorts. You can get a 3 day pass for a small fee so you can enjoy the two restaurants on different nights as well as all the local shops in town. My fiancée made use of the two massage vouchers on two separate days (she had to go back and use the other as it was so good) and she said it was amazing. At the penthouse we constantly made use of the private roof top. We enjoyed BBQs, spas, drank champagne and ate cheese platters. What a truly amazing place. We have to go back!

I can’t stop telling anyone that will listen about your private 5 star deal. If it’s a special occasion or just a romantic getaway I can’t recommend this enough. Thanks again for your kind attention to detail with making it our special week. We will have the most perfect memories always. It will never be forgotten!

Our response can be summed up in one word:– FANTASTIC

We were pleased with all aspects of the arrangements, from negotiation and booking, to the transfer ex Cairns, to the Resort and the location of the apartment within the Resort, to the state of the preparedness of the apartment for our stay and of course the introduction the two excellent restaurants via the vouchers offered. All this with a no fuss approach combined with extremely good value.

You may recall that our stay had to be coordinated with attendance at a wedding being held at the Sea Temple Resort/Palmer Golf Club and I am pleased to report all the plans meshed – and yes the wedding also was a roaring success.

In terms of when we may venture that way again I am not sure, however we have been spreading the word re what you have on offer and should any of our friends be thinking of travelling to Port Douglas we will strongly encourage them to contact you.

Although we did not take up your generous offer of transport as we had a Hire Car for the duration of our visit, this would have been most welcome in other circumstances.

We also took the opportunity to use the Food/Drink Vouchers supplied by you for use at both ZINC and FINZ Restaurants and these were greatly appreciated by us and our friends at the time of settling up our account.

“We recently stayed in a penthouse room at sea temple resort. The accommodation was perfect – plenty of room for two couples or a family of four, well appointed and fantastic rooftop spa and BBQ to relax and enjoy. After a long day on the reef, its great to return to such a great room and rooftop to relax and enjoy. The resort itself is excellent: great food, excellent lagoon pool with pool bar, and the resort is right on the beach.

On top of the room and resort we received chauffeur pickup, dining vouchers and spa vouchers – the dining venues were awesome and the vouchers were definitely an added bonus to an awesome break.

We would definitely recommend and will return! In fact next June we certainly will!

Hi Stephen I’ve just spent a wonderful 5 days at the beautiful Sea Temple Resort & Spa in your delightful King Studio apartment and I wanted you to know what a fabulous time I’ve had.

I was met at Cairns airport by Peter and he drove me to Port Douglas in style! He also gave me lots of interesting information and history about the area. The apartment was perfectly appointed and very clean. The shady balcony overlooking lush tropical gardens was idyllic and I had everything I could possibly need in tastefully decorated and comfortable surroundings. The champagne in the fridge was also a welcome treat!

The staff at the resort were extremely friendly and helpful and it was 5 star all the way.

Whilst in Port Douglas I had quite an adventure white water rafting on the Barron River and I also sailed to the Low Isles on the luxurius 62′ sailing catamaran “Aquarius” and saw some amazing fish and corals while snorkelling on the reef there. The buffet lunch served on board was delicious with plenty of huge local prawns, cold meats and fresh salads.

The vouchers you provided were for the best restaurants in town and I enjoyed some sumptuous dinners there. I also used my day spa voucher for a very relaxing massage.

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay in your tropical paradise and came home feeling refreshed and relaxed. I hope to visit again next year and will be recommending you to my family and friends.

My partner and I stayed in your king studio apartment.  The apartment and the resort was just gorgeous! Our room was set off from the main lagoon so it was so private and peaceful. The apartment itself was just stunning and the king spa was to die for! We spent many nights in there with candles burning and sipping champagne(with compliments of Stephen), such a romantic setting! The vouchers that you gave us to the two restaurants, Zinc and Finz were top class. The service and the food at these restaurants were faultless! We truly ate like a king and queen at these restaurants. The private chauffeured drives to and from the airports were such a special touch. The driver Peter was friendly and explained some sites on the way. We actually joked during our holiday and said we felt like royalty as we had a private chauffeur, stayed in a five star hotel, ate at Award winning restaurants and were treated so wonderfully by all staff everywhere we went. We also said that this was our best holiday by far. We just want to thank you again Stephen for making our holiday such a memorable one and will definitely be going back. We had a lovely holiday at the Sea Temple and stayed in the King Studio apartment. Whilst many may think the room was small it was sufficient as we didn’t spend too much time in the room as we were either out exploring Queensland or at the pool. The room was clean and came equipped with everything. The drive from Cairns airport (and return) made everything simpler, however, we did end up renting a car once we arrived to get around as the town center was a fair walk from the accommodation.  A great stay and can’t wait to head back.

I am writing this to express my amazing gratitude for the outstanding service my husband and I received when staying at Sea Temple Port Douglas for our 1 yr anniversary in Sept of 2012. The decision to return to Port Douglas Sea Temple was not a difficult decision to make, after such an amazing honeymoon last year.

We have stayed in both the penthouse and spa apartment and both rooms are of excellent standard. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, tidy and well stocked and are in a wonderful location to the facilities at Sea Temple. Close enough to walk to the pool and main entrance, but far enough away to not hear the hustle and bustle of the pool, the rooms are paradise!
They have everything you could possibly need, includng an amazing array of DVDs, clean linen and the extra touches are always well received.

The private driver Dave is always very friendly and helpful and makes the trip into Port a relaxing and enjoyable one, without having to pay high fees for taxis or endure a long and draining shuttle ride.

You also can’t go past the AMAZING vouchers that are on offer when booking the rooms! Breakie at FresQ is an absolute treasure (we went EVERY morning) and never got tired of this absolute gem!  Finz is also one of the BEST restaurants we have ever dined at- we visited 4 times on our trip! Throw in a DaySpa voucher also, the holiday is a dreaammmm!!

Finally, Stephen the owner, is such a treasure and makes booking Sea Temple a breeze! Kind, helpful and ever professional, you won’t be disappointed with his service. Don’t ever book direct with the hotel- go privately with Stephen, as you get all the treats and luxuries of the resort, without the huge pricetag  PLUS you get the little extras, which makes it a holiday you cannot go past!

I couldn’t recommend the services of 5 star port douglas holiday apartments high enough. Holidaying at the Sea Temple is a MUST and we will definitely be back time and time again!

We were lucky enough to experience both the resort’s penthouse and also your own!

What an amazing resort this was, the pool was fantastic, staff were very friendly and provided us with great service.

Both rooms were very clean and modern and offered great facilities in the room. We loved the roof top spa, how relaxing!

The vouchers you awarded us with; dinner at Finz was exceptional! The service was of excellent standard and we really enjoyed our seafood tower!

Dinner at Zinc was nice and laid back, the food was nice, thanks again for providing these to us.

Lastly was our spa voucher at port Douglas day spa. My husband enjoyed his massage immensely!!

Be sure that if any family or friends are planning their next holiday to Port Douglas, we will definitely be referring them onto you!!

Hi Stephen,

We stayed in your Penthouse apartment at the Sea Temple resort, it was fantastic from the moment we got there. We arrived there as it was just getting dark so the drive was very nice especially along the beach section of the Highway. The driver took us straight up to our room which was lovely that we didn’t have to go through the check in processes. The room was AMAZING, clean and modern. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool which was exactly how we had planned to enjoy our holiday. My boyfriend proposed to me on the 7^thNovember which was actually my 30^th birthday as well which made for a great day by the pool sipping cocktails, soaking up the sun and reading. We used one of the vouchers for ZINC, very good value the food was fantastic.

We will be sure to visit again.

Sea Temple Port Douglas Private 5 Star Apartments

My Husband and I stayed in the King Studio Apartment at the Sea Temple back in August. We were picked up from the Airport in Cairns, this was such a luxury and the driver was so pleasant and helpful with some local knowledge he couldnt do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

The unit at the Sea Temple was everything I hoped for so we could rest and relax and the Sea Temple certainly ticked
all the boxes for us.

The Vouchers supplied were such a bonus and all places were amazing especially Finns as were are both seafood junkies

I will certainly if possible be returning and tell all my friends of your wonderful unit with all the extras.

Connie and I loved our stay at the Sea Temple King Studio apartment. The pool is the best pool we have seen throughout the various resorts we have visited in Port Douglas. The apartment is also modern and clean and the pool side staff are friendly. The dining vouchers came in very handy as we enjoyed some lovely dinners at Finz and Zinc restaurants and lovely breakfast and lunches at Cafe Fresq.

As we normally hire a car when we visit Port Douglas we would not require private chauffered airport transfers so we would like to thank you for the additional vouchers you gave us.

We are considering coming to Port Douglas from the 26th December to the 1st January with our soon to be 18 year old daughter Emily who will have just finished her year 12 exams. We realize we cannot book the King Studio apartment as it only accomodates two people. However if the price is right we would consider a two bedroom apartment if there is one available. Please advise.

Also, just to let you know that Connie and I intend to visit Port Douglas every September as we own an investment property in Port Douglas and we come up for a body corporate meeting usually held in that month. We would be interested in booking your two bedroom King Studio apartment every September for one week if possible.

My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Sea Temple Resort. We booked our stay through ’5 star Port Douglas.’ The booking process was a simple and easy through the website. We were provided with comprehensive instructions via email and all the vouchers were posted to us. After landing,we found our friendly driver waiting for us. Throughout the drive, he informed us of the many attractions in the area. The weather was pleasantly warm and a nice change from Melbourne. Our Penthouse was amazing. The apartment was spacious  modern and had a wide selection of movies. The best part was the Balcony and rooftop spa which was already heated and ready to go as soon as we arrived. We relaxed at the resort pool throughout the day and enjoyed our rooftop spa in the evenings. The pool had a conveniently located bar which definitely adds to the relaxed holiday experience. I would highly recommend the spa massages provided by the resort. Both my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the 20-20-20 Mii Spa package. There is a shuttle running from the resort to town makes getting around quick and convenient. The provided vouchers for breakfast and dinner were an added bonus. Overall our stay was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it. We can’t wait to return to Port Douglas and will definitely be booking through 5 Star Port Douglas again.

We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the amazing holiday we recently had at your apartment in Port Douglas. The service you provide is wonderful and made it so relaxing for us travelling with a toddler.  We were picked up & dropped off from Cairns Airport by your very friendly driver who had a clean and good quality baby car seat ready for us.  Upon arriving at the apartment we were blown away by the size and wonderful décor. It’s the little things that count as well and the fact that a porta cot (which I understand the owner purchased just before our visit) was already set up with linen meant a lot to us!

We loved going in to Café Fresq each morning for our breakfast, hands down the best café in Port! The vouchers and driver meant we could have a luxurious holiday without breaking the bank.

Already thinking about booking another holiday to Port Douglas and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway after our wedding and decided to choose Port Douglas. We had already planned a two month honeymoon overseas later in the year but wanted a short trip to relax after planning our wedding.

Stephen offered us his King Studio Apartment at a fantastic price and provided us with Breakfast and Dinner vouchers before we left. The eateries where Stephen gave us vouchers for were fantastic and it saved us quite a bit of money.

The apartment was just gorgeous. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The bath tub was definitely “WOW”!

Stephen also had a huge variety of DVD’s for us to watch which was an extra bonus!

Stephen also arranged a driver to take us to and from the airport. That was another saving!

Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely visit to Port Douglas and Stephen’s apartment again!

What can I say IT WAS FANTASTIC, the room was amazing, the resort fabulous, the pool absolutely beautiful.
The service of being picked up was wonderful and the driver was so pleasant giving us a great commentary on the way in the Port Douglas and providing lots of useful info for our stay
The room was really spectacular and the roof top spa was so wonderful. We enjoyed our having breakfast everyday at Fresq which was fantastic.

Recently my partner and I stayed at your wonderful penthouse apartment at Sea Temple. We were looking for a break away that included lots of R & R, peaceful nights staying in, dining out when we wanted and a general unwind from our hectic working lives in the corporate world. Well, Port Douglas and your apartment ticked all the boxes on our holiday wish list. Some of the highlights were the ease of transport to the resort, with a streamlined collection from the airport direct to our room. Pick up at departure also from our room, saving us carrying our luggage to reception. Vouchers for excellent breakfasts and dinners as some the of tastiest venues in town. Great selection of DVD’s in our apartment, for the nights we BBQ’d on the rooftop and chilled out. A spacious, clean and beautifully presented apartment. Clear communication about what would be provided during our stay, via your detailed website. Excellent rates with lots of trimmings (best rates for Sea Temple accommodation by far). Privacy, without having to expect cleaners every day. Fresh linen and cleaning just the once during our week long stay, provided us with the privacy and relaxation we wanted.
Your apartment was everything and more than we expected

My husband and I recently stayed in a King Studio Apartment at The Sea Temple Resort & Spa  which we booked via 5 Star Port Douglas directly with Stephen.  The rates were almost unbelievable compared to booking directly with the resort itself.  Stephen was very understanding to our needs and was kind enough to offer us dining vouchers for our Anniversary as well as breakfast vouchers for each day we were there. They also offer a Chauffeured Limousine to & from the Airport. We didn’t need that as we hired a car but received an additional voucher instead. The food at these places was amazing and you can use your vouchers for lunch if you don’t want brekkie. The savings were amazing. Now, for the actual apartment, wow!  The spa is the biggest I have ever seen in any Hotel/Resort, the decor is ambient and the room is super clean.  They have thought of everything you need while away.  The room also offers a view of the Lagoon Pool, and from your balcony you can enjoy the beautiful garden of the resort and the sounds of nature all around.  It’s so peaceful and relaxing, just what we wanted.  You can enjoy the facilities of the Resort as well which takes your breath away.  You have private access to 5 Mile Beach which is pristine and picturesque and there is plenty of parking around the room and a lift direct to the apartment. We wouldn’t think twice about staying again when we re-visit Port Douglas, it’s worth every cent and the memories.  Thank you Stephen for a wonderful experience.

When searching for something special for our honeymoon, we could not go past the Sea Temple resort after being recommended to it by MANY MANY people. Stumbling upon your website, and with your prices and inclusions, it all honestly seemed too good to be true! The value was just amazing and the little extras that you added in to make our holiday that little bit extra special was just so fantastic!

Your apartment is in a great spot within the resort, has a beautiful pool side view on the quieter side of the pool, which allows for the gorgeous view to look onto, without all the hustle and bustle of the poor side!

The apartment was clean, in good condition and came with everything you could possibly need for a great time away! The DVDs and entertainment set up are also a luxurious extra that make unwinding at night an easy task!

The vouchers for Zinc and FreshQ were fantastic value and they turned out to be one of our favourite restaurants, going back to Fresh Q 4 TIMES!!  Great value, great destination…

Your apartments at port douglas made our honeymoon absolutely PERFECT and we will definitely be back! We are already saving and making dates to return for our 1 year anniversary next year.
